Eye-Popping Church to Home Makeover (And It's For Sale!)

By: Diy maven May 10, 2011

We've seen church-to-home makeovers before (here, here and here), but this one....yowza. Built in 1867 in Brisbane, Australia, the Church of Palms' resurrection to a private residence* was overseen by Willis Greenhalgh Architects. It's now bright and shiny and totally lux. Definitely a little slice of heaven.

If you have a hankering to move to Brisbane or already live there, the home is for sale for a cool $1,358,750. To see the listing, follow this jump.

Read and see more at HomeDsgn.

*There were two buildings on the premises that were converted into private residences.
