How To: DIY Pebble Planter

by on Jul 24, 2012

Good-bye plain ol’ pot, and hello pebbly goodness!  While adding flowers and plants in your home is a great way to pull in pops of color, I think we can all agree that the planters must be a design statement in and of themselves as well, like the textured element this DIY pebble planter exhibits.   Your basic sturdy bucket isn’t just your basic sturdy bucket once given a facial of mortar, river rock tile, and grout.  And hey, what a great way to use up the extra tile from other projects!

I’m thinking that if a neutral isn’t your thing, you could add just about any small tile to your planter buckets to get more of a statement piece to go with your fresh flowers.  Find the complete tutorial on Centsational Girl.
