How To Create An Album Art Wall on the Cheap.

by on Sep 1, 2008

A blocked up fire place with many framed albums and a guitar near it.

In my wife’s (then, girl-I-was-gonna-marry-but-hadn’t-yet) first post-college apartment, we filled the entire area over the sofa with album covers. We used sticky-tack, but the jackets were heavy, they fell often, and it ruined the surface of many of them.

This technique is much more brilliant. It’s as simply as l-shaped screws. Of course. No harm to the jackets, and it allows the artwork to be interchanged as the modd strikes you. Excellent. This is going in my next room re-do for sure.

L-shape hooks have been screwed in a wall to display wall art.
