Daniel from Manhattan Nest, whose modern DIY desk and lighting projects we've featured before, tackled this upholstered bed frame makeover in similar style. With a pine frame from IKEA (the FJELLSE bed, to be precise) and a wool blanket from the Army Surplus store, he re-created the look of much more expensive beds for less than $100. REALLY.
