A mid-century thrift store find gets the herringbone treatment in a DIY dresser redo that won't cost an arm and a leg to replicate.

Carrie from Dream Green DIY refinished and painted this $150 thrift store dresser, turning it into something more suiting for her home, with a few inexpensive materials. What do you think of this makeover? Would you try this on your own?

WOW..... That is amazing. YOU are very talented. I can only successfully paint a wall, which mind you is better than my ex who could only successfully paint the dog.

I don't understand why there are so many posts lately that start off with a nice, classic, BEFORE piece, which turns into a kitchy, trendy, generally ugly AFTER piece?
Tell me what's wrong with the mid century look?

I love it!!!!!! <3

Thanks for the share!! Glad you enjoyed my project =)
