SquareCat Habitat promises "Modern Furniture Designed for Cats and their Owners", and they deliver.

Using bamboo plywood, they create furniture for cats that is also pleasing for their owners.

If my cat still had claws (removed by owners prior to my sister) she'd get treated to one of these!

I love these and they'd certainly be DIYable. I believe I've seen brackets like what they used somewhere. Must be Lowes or Home Depot since that's pretty much the only places I go for home improvement.

I think I'll be looking for them to make some for my kitty. She'd love them!

My cats would love this... I have a couple of the LACK floating shelves from IKEA, and my fat cat (25 pounds) has jumped up onto it and knocked it off the wall about 3 times. I should just replace it with something that can handle his girth. I wonder what kind of hardware I'd need for DIY. Anyone have any ideas? L brackets are so icky for a living room!
