Hi nanajan, nice to meet you. Thanks for accepting my friendship. I love sewing, knitting. I do a bit of painting as well. I do a lot of things myself at home. I design decorative pillows and sew them.I Have online store, but no sales yet.

They're really neither. It's like the wood absorbed the paint in places, as if it were a stain, so that when I stripped the actual physical paint off, some of the wood held on to a little of the color. Johnny's been doing this for thirty years and he says he's never seen anything like it.  It's hard to get a longer shot because if I step back any farther I'm outside the door and that wreaks havoc with the lighting, but I just took a few now while it's dark out -- they didn't come out very good but but I can't make it work posting them in this comment ... I'll find a way. If I have to build a whole post around it, I'll figure it out. Thanks, Nana!
