freecycle flower cuttings replanted
By urbanmomSince buying my house, i've dreamed of the landscaping that I want. I can't hire a landscaper, and have no real experience with planting and growing. I got lucky when I got the clippings of mexican petunias, and poor mans orchid from free cycle. I put the petunias around a tree in my front yard with a flower bed around it. I placed the orchid in a front flower bed that will soon also have roses.

My happy, sunny window
By urbanmomThe happy place in my apartment has got to be the large window in front of my 2 seater dining room table. The entrance to my apartment is on the ground floor, but from the back of my apartment it appears as if i'm a few floors up, as I am able to peer over the treetops.
