freecycle flower cuttings replanted

Since buying my house, i've dreamed of the landscaping that I want.  I can't hire a landscaper, and have no real experience with planting and growing.   I got lucky when I got the clippings of mexican petunias, and poor mans orchid from free cycle.   I put the petunias around a tree in my front yard with a flower bed around it.  I placed the orchid in a front flower bed that will soon also have roses.

My happy, sunny window

The happy place in my apartment has got to be the large window in front of my 2 seater dining room table. The entrance to my apartment is on the ground floor, but from the back of my apartment it appears as if i'm a few floors up, as I am able to peer over the treetops.   The 2 seater table is a cozy one borrowed from my mother.  I used it a few years ago before I started travel nursing, and when I stopped travel nursing she let me borrow it agai » READ MORE
