This is where I blog and talk shit most often.

I live in a new apartment complex on top of a hill, in the suburb of a major city. I love the big open windows of my apartment, the view, and the fact that i'm on the ground floor, but up so high.

I used to be a travel RN, so I sold everything I owned to travel.  Recently I stopped traveling, took a staff job and am trying to decorate my apartment from the ground up.

My happy, sunny window

The happy place in my apartment has got to be the large window in front of my 2 seater dining room table. The entrance to my apartment is on the ground floor, but from the back of my apartment it appears as if i'm a few floors up, as I am able to peer over the treetops.   The 2 seater table is a cozy one borrowed from my mother.  I used it a few years ago before I started travel nursing, and when I stopped travel nursing she let me borrow it again.  Only this time it had been... »MORE
