Thank you urbanmark for the comments, greatly appreciate your support.  Great to see you share your personal space with us!  Funny, I used to live in Yaletown, just across from choices on Ruchards and Davie, wonder if I ever bumped into you.  I do miss the walks along the sea wall with my pup.  My sister moved to Toronto to work in the theatre industry a couple of years ago, she specializes in lighting & set design. I've been meaning to go visit her, as a couple of my colleagure have also moved back there.  I'm hoping to stop by Toronto to visit my sis on my way to New York and maybe get my fill of the modern design scene there.  Where in the US will you be relocating?  Looking forward to seeing more of your work, great choice of colour palette.  Love the gray & white.  All the best, cheers = ) gaile
