Description:

Our attempt at a modern nursery. Crib was a hand me down and is in great shape. We ordered the mobile online and I painted the mural using some home made stencils and inspiration from Ready Made #18 and Charles Harper artwork. Stool came from Target.

Crikey, Oomp down! Predictably there are a lot of logs in Logland...

This is one in a series of three illustrations which capture the wonder of life as an Oomp. They mark their days, as we do, with breakfast, lunch and dinner and the remainder of their time is devoted to pleasure and relaxation.

A most excellent addition to a child's room, or any room for those who are young at heart (I have these in my kitchen), Oomps brighten your day and remind you to keep an eye open for the magical amidst the mundane.

Decorations over our daughter's crib - kirigami flowers I cut out of lovely origami paper.

We wanted our baby's nursery to be a fun place. Being in this room and surrounded by green makes me happy.

Our lot, creators of the winning costumes at Nursery carnival 2006. So proud was the team we had to hold back the tears!
