Beautiful clouds, a field at sunset. What did the GoGos say - "We'll make heaven a place on earth"? Actually I think it was the lead singer going solo but I can't recall her name at the moment :). ANYWAY, you create your own heaven, your own happiness. You can put this in a prominant place as a daily reminder to make choices that will support your happiness needs. The pillows are 2 large pashminas bought on the streets of NYC for about $5 each - couldn't find the right color in teh fabric stores so.... inserts are 2 regular bed pillows per green pillow - again bought on the streets of NYC - the black squares are leather from a piece i had bought at Mood Fabrics a while back but could never figure out what to do with...

I had to throw out a lot of stuff, the old homeowner had left that old nasty laundry hamper and some random hoses the room looked 100% better just from cleaning it out!

This piece represents my Mother's 1970's dishes for our Family Kitchen. I purchased it on ebay after seeing the one remaining piece in my older sister's tea cabinet. We were raised on the West Coast of the U.S., but lived for two years in London and traveled in Europe. Our Mother chose this set and a stainless steel silverware set as well. My love of quality modern stems back to this time. Our Mother has impeccable taste and we were lucky to have these dishes on our everyday kitchen shelf. I chose these tags, as I am in the position of writing my siser's obituary and will use all notes on-hand to get this writing done, including:
