Frame that turns into a table.

Perfect for small spaces, the Picturetable from Verena Lang goes from frame to table in about a second. It looks like those fabulous side supports are slipped into and out of holes drilled into the legs when they are extended. For a DIY attempt I'm thinking 1/4" rod banged into 45 degrees at the ends. A piano hinge on the bottom and two smaller ones for the legs....hmmmm.

Yeah, I know it doesn’t sound like much, but consider the story of this particular work of art…
The actual piece of paper was a Christmas gift (birthday?) three years ago (five?) from my brother (definitely brother). It lived between the pages of a book until two years ago, when we finished the laundry room and I asked Johnny to frame it for me for as a present so I could hang it in there -- it’s a picture of a washing machi » READ MORE
