Record Lamp
By Runeshai
Yet another lighting link from me... I've been wondering lately what to do with all the CDs and DVDs I've collected that haven't burned correctly and whatnot. Usually I use them for coasters, but I don't need more than 2-3, and I've got well over 30 discs.
Et voila! I found this today (all hail Instructables), and I may just try it out at some point. If only for a cool-colored experiment.

Make Two Tables from One Sheet of Plywood.
By ChrisjobI try to keep up with Instructables, but with so much user submitted content, it doesn't always keep your attention. If I see one more "How to Hack a Coke Machine" or "How to Make a Notepasser Out of a Ballpoint Pen"....

DIY Paper Wall Lamp
By DIY Maven
Instructables is featuring this Paper Wall Lamp by naedhi, who used everyday materials, such as sketchbook paper, stapler, scissors and Elmer’s glue, to construct it. The lights themselves are the very versatile LED rope variety, which produce very little heat, making the project not only beautiful but non-flammable too. (Good to know.)
