The Drawer Balcony

A while back we had the drawer bedroom, which was spectacular but probably not practical for your average home/condo owner. This drawer balcony, however, is conceivable--in a practical sense and in a pocketbook sense. Called Bloomframe, the prototype was designed by Hofman Dujardin Architects.
