Yarn Curtains: Good Idea?

Lion Brand has a tutorial on their website for easy-to-construct ‘beaded’ yarn curtains. The ‘beads’ are made of alternating strings of Lion Boulce and Fun-Fur yarn, although any specialty, textured yarn would work.
