The 3'x3' Office

I've been slowly but surely working on improving my house's second bedroom since we moved in a few months ago, especially as an office space.  Here's what I've come up with. 

The bedroom currently serves these purposes:

• Husband's closet
• Craft Room
• (second) TV Room
• Reading Room
• (eventually) Guest Bedroom
• My Office

Update: I've reclaimed my tiny office!

After a trip to IKEA and a couple of hours...okay...days of sorting and editing, I've reclaimed my space. I was on the hunt for a small drawer unit and decided on this gray metal unit ($40!) that fits perfectly under my desk. I chose metal over wood for it's longevity and durability. How do I organize my tiny office space?

I have been battling clutter and the mound of art supplies that cover my desk, which is in a corner of my livingroom. I can't expand so everything needs to fit in this area. I've used a bookshelf to separate (hide) the area but I would like to make the area visually appealing. Does anyone have tips on how to keep a tiny office area organized? Any good sources for modestly priced storage ideas? I've attached a photo...ANY ideas would be helpful!
