Gum on your clothes is gross, especially when your 99% sure it came from someone else's mouth. WikiHow offers several solutions to save your fabric.

Gas (Petrol Method)
  1. This is the easiest method. Put some gas on the cloth where you have gum. Gas (aka "petrol") dissolves the gum.
  2. Wash the clothing, by itself, according to its normal laundering instructions to remove any odor you have from the gas.
