Cincinnati artist Matt Kotlarczyk has perfected the art of transferring everyone's favorite sugar cereal box artwork "onto heavy acrylic with ultra violet-protected inks. Some low-watt flourescent light bulbs get placed behind the delicious-looking stained glass, as it were, and hung on your wall or from the ceiling.

By megrockstarhey! I havea hideous ceiling fixture in my kitchen. I havent gotten to changing it b/c I isnt a priority. I did, however, put energy efficient bulbs all throughout my house. I noticed that that fixtures blew out a regular bulb and 2 energy savers. I am changing bulbs about every 3 weeks...Why is that? Is there anything I can do??

By megrockstar Ive started my "renovations". I need to know how do I replace a bathroom fan? Is it just in the directions oft he new one you purchase?Also, Where can I get a new mod one to match my house.
also, any hints on replacing ceiling lights and fans and such? just go slow? I think doing everything over my head seems challenging( to say the least!)
Tip: Plumbing Fixture Sources
By sparkieTip: When you buy plumbing fixtures, try to get them at a local plumbing supply house vs a Big Box store. I learned at a pro plumber website that quality of items are lesser at Big Box in some cases. Example: Faucet manu make the same faucet but use plastic parts for Big Box and metal for pro suppliers. Even tho they look exactly the same, they may not be.
