Not only is it Super Tuesday, it’s Fat Tuesday as well. So, after you’ve voted, how about making one of these cocktails to celebrate Mardi Gras, which you can sip while watching the returns?
New Orleans Fizz (aka Ramos Gin Fizz)
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
- 2 oz cream or half and half
- 2 drops orange flower water

As they say, candy is dandy, but liquor is quicker, so in the spirit of he season, I’ve scrounged around looking for cocktail recipes that put the howl in Halloween. Here’s some of the spookiest!
Vampire
- 1 part bourbon whiskey
- 1 part Drambuie
- 1 part Dubonnet
