Frightfully Funky Feather Wreath

I know it might seem early, but Halloween is upon us (hey, if it's already in the craft stores, then i think it's ok to post this - wha ha ha). It is my favorite crafting holiday of the year, so I like to plan ahead a couple of months and line up some fun projects. I keep adding to my collection (you would think that 3 large bins in my storage would be enough, but no!). Love it! I, too, really get into Halloween. We're known on the block as the 'full-size house'. As in bars. :)
