OK so I am in the maket to buy a new house...and this time around I want my perfect house...which today i have found one that has a lot of potienal, however, as i was viewing the house i stumble upon something that i have no knowledge of...the house is 130 years old and still has the concret rock foundation, upon entering the basement you can see a foundation wall that seperates it into two rooms.  One of the rooms is filled with dirt...not just a dirt floor...but ceiling high dirt that has been there for a long long time...can... »MORE
