I have ecclectic tastes varying from Louis the XVth to shabby-chic and Bauhaus.

Presently redoing a basement bedroom into a shabby-chic, cottage style. I just stripped and refinished 2 1950s nightstands in pale yellow translucent deck paint and plan to have the matching dresser dip-stripped and finish it in a transparent  medium blue ( I saw the prototype at Ikea).

Am trying to get a crackle finish on a metal head and foot board, but with little luck so far.
