At this time, I am in the middle of a divorce.  I need to sell my house, located in southeast Kansas,  because I now can't afford to live there nor do I want to maintain the property...or really live there.  I was searching for ways to sell my house because listing it with a realtor just hasn't been successful.  A friend found this website through searching for "innovative ways to sell real estate..."  I am really interested in the concept of a raffle to sell my house and benefit a charity...
