I'm a wonderful wife, caring cat mother, amatuer photographer extraordinaire, silly seamstress, interior designer for dummies, junky jewelry maker, knotty knitter, worseful writer and sensational scrapbooker from Pennsylvania but grew up, much to her parent's dislike, in Alabama.

By day I'm a secretary with a heart of gold. By dusk, I'm a crafty creation maker dabbling in a little bit of everything as one craft is not just enough. I fancy myself an artist and writer, singing in my not-quite-so-bad voice as I type my blog or try to piece together purses and pillowcases out of consignment Hawaiian shirts. 

I'm a little hip but more not, as my style is totally eclectic coming from the old school of style choices: Whatever is clean.

I have two degrees, both BS (pun intended), in Fine Arts: Theater and Print Journalism. I got married at 22 and didn't understand what real marraige was until 5 years later. 

We're childfree, by choice or not I've not quite decided.

We live in a funky condo/loft type home in a gated neighborhood known for locking the criminals in, as our gate rarely works. 

I love living in Florida, hoping some day to own a home I've designed near the Atlantic coast.
