I got this old 1960s teachers desk from a surplus store. It was a dark turquoise color and had some scratches on the side and rust in the corners of the drawers, but work surface was in perfect shape and it was solid as a rock. I took it apart and spray painted it brown, then aded a couple of colored circles to make it match the wall art.

this is the spare room/office. i love this desk!

Not my favorite room... but it's really my husband's space. And at least we have a spot for the "Clean Restrooms" sign.

This is the other side of the wall. It works perfectly to anchor the L desk in a space with only 4 walls!

My X-frame desk, which was bought from the Superstore many years ago. Despite being heavily worn, I still love it to bits.

<3 Memories mean much to me.
