The only thing I have to offer is my opinion, and that ain't worth much. I'm a writer, knitter, novice sewer, avid reader, addicted craftster. I've been known to throw down a Pergo floor in my time or whip up a few choice throw pillows. I'm currently trapped in a rental home where the walls are a mind-numbing beige, but I love to look at remodeling and design porn and dream, dream, dream.

My husband whisked me away for my birthday weekend to an incrediby cool Euro-style hotel in an unlikely location: Holland, Michigan. We're from Ann Arbor, so it was just a couple hours drive, well worth it for the two-person soaking tub in our suite.
