Great idea! I think I'll try this for my daughters bedroom. Thank you.

Wow I can't believe that's the same piece!  I have a few questions:

- In Step 7, do you rough up over the drawers that you mod-podged too?

- Is there a noticeable texture difference between the white parts and the drawers?

I thought the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I'm glad that the person who made this dresser wasn't limited in the amount of words she used. She obviously invested time and effort into making her instructions easy to understand and she should be applauded for that. This could have come out with a very amateurish look. Instead, she did a meticulous job that looked so professional that I thought she had bought the dresser that way.

People judge and then dismiss furniture--and people--too quickly. You saw its potential. Bravo.

I've ready your instructions and am wondering if you were limited to how many words you could use, what would you leave out? Is there anything you could assume you don't need to explain?

Great job! The look on your neice's face when she sees it is wonderful.
