Good golly. That would definitely have saved me the trouble of trying to fix an old sink in the trailer I used to have. The toilet was probably the one thing that never broke down back then!!!

This would let me take out my nasty old sink from the tiny bathroom on the main floor so I wouldn't have to turn sideways to use the lav. Awesome.
