I'm nineteen years old and in my first year of college. I'm studying film/video, and I live in a dorm.
I'd love to have a place of my own that I can decorate, but so far, I just have a dorm room, which I share. But it's a good jumping off point.

How Can I Divide up My Room?

I have a lot of stuff (I'm a bit of a pack-rat), and I only have the one room to keep it all in. Dorm Dreams
By omgcordeliaAnyone know of ways that I can make my dorm a little more cozy, without annoying my roommate too much [we have offending styles]?
I've put up posters and I have a bookshelf and try to make good use of my space, but i'm still not feeling it. And her side is almost completely bare. I have little to no money, but are there any little things I could do to make it feel more like a home and less like a prison cell?

On: My desk... which I didn't use as a desk very often. More of a place to put knick knacks and my laptop when I wasn't using it. I had bowls and cups that I picked up at Target to hold jewelry, markers, deoderant, lipgloss... everything. I also used old coffee mugs. (Photo)
