Not sure how people normally respond to comments on here yet... BUT: I only had two yards of that fabric for the chair, which was moooooooore than enough if you don't make any major mistakes. As for the foam, I ripped most of it off with my fingers, then just scraped away as much as possible with flathead screwdriver. As you can see from the pics, I couldn't get everything off.
