Hi Modmom,

When you're creating or editing a post, there's a section on the left sidebar called "Upload images for this post". Use that to upload an image, and then you can insert the image into your post by dragging it (or, if you're using Safari, clicking the 'insert this image' link). 

To delete photos you've uploaded, finding the photo you want in your photos (http://www.curbly.com/modmom/photos) and click on it; then when you're looking at the photo there will be a link that says 'Delete this photo').
