Make Your Own Beer Cap Pub Table

Here's a sure way to show your buds you're both a manly man AND a crafter. Hey, I'm always game for a new way to reuse a dinged up table top. Americangypsy illustrates his crafty side in an Instructable where he turns an ordinary coffee table into a colorful, patterned beer cap pub table.
Got a collection? Here's what you need:
beer caps
table
glue
painter's tape
aluminum foil
duct tape
resin kit
X-acto knife
Don't think beer caps are the only thing you can suspend in resin. How about pennies, safety pins, buttons, old jewelry pieces, coffee beans, beads, small pieces of hardware, small trinkets...etc?
