The World's Best Upholstery Fabric Deal

Call me underpriveleged but I had my first IKEA experience yesterday here in San Diego. I scampered through the maze like a crazed rat looking for food, only I was searching out the fabric section. What I finally found out first hand is that
for the low, low price of 7.99 a yard, the fabric that is upholstery weight is comparable to any of the Cut to Order fabrics available through Calico Corners for a mere 1/3 to 1/2 the price. Shopping online for these would have never revealed the "feel" of these fabrics and their weight. Some things you just have to touch. Eight yards aren't enough. I NEED more. This one above is going on a chair I have in my stockpile of vintage furniture.
