Looking for a Film Location in The U.K.?

Does anyone else ignore the opening action in movies to focus on the location, the decor, and whether you recognize the set? I'm a bit fascinated with how locations are chosen for photography shoots or movie locations. How about having the job of combing the English countryside for a satisfactory set? Think English country houses in the Jane Austen series as well as just about anything Keira Knightly does on location in England.
