I live in a house that I rent, and rent out the house I own, due to a recent move to Silicon Valley from Utah. I renovated the first house I owned (built in 1938), and I plan to do it again one day to the house I currently own (built in 1964). I read Dwell, mocoloco.com, and way too many blogs voraciously, collecting ideas for my house.
