Its not "open" I dont think, I wasnt thinking!t is definately separate rooms so I believe it will work. I will do the bedroom and the livingroom I think...
I also plan to lknock a door into a wall and make a walk in closet. any ideas on that? Im sure I can do it I just have sooo many clothes

Hey Rock Star! You inspired my post today. The paint previewer might ease a lot of your concerns. There's even sample rooms on the previewer that are two-tone. In an open floorplan, it's tricky. It's SUCH a personal choice. For me, I probably wouldn't do the two-tone, but the GREAT thing about paint is you can paint over it if you find something isn't working quite right. Also, Linda Barker, one of the designers on BBC America's Changing Rooms is notorious for using multiple color schemes. She has written a few books that could be of help. Let me know what you think of the color previewer!!

Sorry, right now there's no way to do that on Curbly. If enough people ask for it, we'll consider it, but so far it hasn't been a high enough priority.
