remove a stripped screw?

I'm painting my cabinets and changing the hardware. I found a few of the screws have been stripped and a few are in a *tunnel*. I have no idea how to get these out! Help!

I'm posting a kinda crappy pic but it wouldnt do any better:( the left is the inside stripped screw and the right is the outside!
