I hate duvet covers
By megrockstarI have a gorgeous duvet, but when I pin the corners the down comforter still sinks and it ends up that I virtually have two sheets. Why is this? Does it do this for everyone? And how can I fix it?
Scratched wood floor! Help!
By megrockstarHelp poor me. I scratched my oak floors this weekend moving a couch out. My floors are my pride and joy and its a small scratch but it breaks my heart regardless. Any ideas? There HAS to be some sort of trick!

skylight change?
By megrockstarI am going to replace an old skylight this summer, I'm looking for any hints and/or suggestions. It is above my stairs and set back, and people don't even notice it. I'd like to make it more noticable. i have a nearly flat roof, very slight pitch...

remove a stripped screw?
By megrockstarI'm painting my cabinets and changing the hardware. I found a few of the screws have been stripped and a few are in a *tunnel*. I have no idea how to get these out! Help!
