My new favorite, to be coming soon.......With gift certificates aplenty from the wedding, my hubby and I trotted off to pick the new finds for the living room. My new favorite, purchased from Ashley Furniture if *only* for the quality and the warranty, at the suggestion of my much-respected mum-in-law. We certainly weren't there for the selection! Ashley's usuals were just too usual for us, and this baby had to be discovered online, only to find that the line will be discontinued soon, apparently. The style is reminiscent of that grandma's-sitting-room side of my heart that reminds me of candy, cookies, age 6, and - of course - my wise and wondersome Grandma. No doilies here, but certainly expect some wedding crystal basics when it's all said and done......I have a blank slate to create in the room, working only with a natural hardwood floor. Thoughts? Comments? Confusions? Does it make you want to jump on the cushions? If so, mission accomplished! But be careful, I have eyes in the back of my head!
