The lady who owned the house we moved into, her husband used to paint. He was awful, but his painting were framed in these amazing frames. He's dead now so I'm sure he doesn't mind I threw out his artwork (the lady took the good ones with her anyway) and put in some $1 fabric I found in Value Village instead. It looks classy!
