Do any contractors here use project management software?

I keep hearing about how great it is to put projects online, but I have had a hard time of it. I have tried pbwiki.com, basecamp, and now I'm trying wrike.com.
It's great in theory, that you could collaborate online w/clients, but in practice? It's not so easy.
MyDesignIn.com allows you to create drawings

MyDesignIn.com, http://mydesignin.com, allows you to create drawings of your home improvement project online, and it allows others to collaborate with you on your drawings.
While everyone is talking about Google's Sketchup, MyDesign is free, it's "software as a service" so there is no download, and it allow others to collaborate.
I just found this site, what a great concept....
