which one should I choose

My son has told me today he like to see blue in the kitchen.

My question is this: I have cloud nie which is a light sky blue, I have spa blue with is another sky color.

then I have ship's ahoy blue which is a darker sky color.,

I was thinking I could blend cloud nie and spa together to get a sky color with my yellow. that I already have. then I could paint my drawer and doors in the kitchen a ship ahoy color which is what he likes.

anyone have this type of color in their kitchen? help me i don't want to do this again.

I don't know what to tell you- if it were my son, and I didn't care to have blue in the kitchen, I'd tell him to get his own kitchen and do it however he wanted. My kitchen is MY kitchen- I don't even let DH have a say in my kitchen! I tell him when he does ANY of the dishes, the cleaning, the coupon-clipping/organizing, the grocery shopping, the meal-planning, the cooking, the fall canning- THEN he can have a say in MY kitchen.

I love yellow kitchens! If you want blue in there, you could either go with all pastels & get a light blue, OR you could go with a dark blue for accents. I think either way would work out. You can make it go together by finding curtains and accesories like cookie jars & whatnot that have both colors in them.
