Clutter is my butter....
Whatever that means... i just like the sound of it. Besides, i am allowed to have Bad English since I live in Jakarta-Indonesia, dont I? (surely, thats a bad justification).
I own a coffeeshop and a little shop that sells handmade stuff right here in Jakarta. I am also (or was) a proffessional singer, who lives to sing but hate the music industry (that's not a good combination).
LOVE interior design, crafting, and DIY fashion. DIY designs have always been my thing waaay before i even know the term DIY. My style is definitely not minimalist. I cant leave a white wall white. I cant have sofas without colorful pillows. You get my point.
I do a little interior design consulting also, but ONLY for clients i know i'll like. I am done wasting my life and time to please ego-bloated clients.
Work should be fun. As I am now starting to see.

Here's a look at my favorite place... a cafe that i (finally) own.
I'm proud to say that we made almost everything ourselves. The materials for the furnitures are taken from salvaged old woods, sink from an old bucket, and light fixtures from rice bowls and eating utensils.

a loud library
By lowquacityThis room is my home library's reading area. You cant see the books because they're on the other side of the wall. I'm saving up for a wallpaper that i've got my eye on for that bright white wall. Like i said, i cant stand leaving a white wall white.
My minimalism lover friends say the colour's too loud for a library. But me... well i find serenity in chaos.

Good to hear from you -- I think we might be kindred spirits, though I'm not a huge fan of clutter I am all for lots of colour and patterns and well, exuberance in the interior design realm!
