hi everyone, im brand new to this site and was just wondering if you guys could give me some input on what colors to paint my room. Its a brand new house and our window trims and doors are a dark brown capuccino color. At this moment im leaning towards some sort of grey.....what would be a good accent color to grey if i choose to paint or wallpaper one of the walls. Thanks for all your ideas. : )

grey...interesting choice :) well if you go with the norm colors like light pink is a nice contrast to grey. Also you can go with a lilac color which is very nice with grey. Dark purple would be beautiful with the grey. Or if you want bold contrast you could throw in some black and maybe red. Silver goes nicely  with grey as does white. Lastly, you could go with a nice light blue. All but the bold choices are very park avenue in my opinon and scream class. Try looking in some more upscale magazines and catalogs for ideas on how these colors would look together.
