I'm a journalism major at a tiny college in Virginia trying to make our dorm room look less like, well... a dorm room. I live in a four-bed room with one other person, so it ain't so bad. But we can't take any furniture out of the room so we either take it down and hide it as best as possible or figure out how to make it look less ugly. For the spring semester of 2007, my roommate and I are going to try to turn our ultra dorky dorm room into a simple yet hip study lounge and room. And it's going to be called "The Good Energy Lounge."
