Teacup chandelier

By lesley

teacup chandelierMore lighting made from recycled materials. Madeleine Boulesteix uses all sorts of old kitchenware to create her lighting.

She says "I've never used a pastry cutter for pastry or a toast rack for toast but they seem nice jaunty objects with more potential, so I liberate them from their domestic duties by incorporating them in my chandeliers."

What's so clever is that she takes these old bits and pieces and turns them into something that looks so grand.
