Constantly searching for the most efficient and enjoyable way to live my life.  Love simple, love clean lines, love downsizing and upgrading (if you follow - cos' bigger isn't always better). 
 
I'm a new, modern, minimalist mommy.   Do you have any idea how much -stuff- kids come with?  Ugh!  Any suggestions on how to stay minimalist with kiddos are welcome.  And if you have any questions or need to bounce an idea off of someone, I always have something to say.

Kitchens with Green Clean

So my germ obsession conflicts entirely with my family's design to clean more greenly.  I'd really like some input on how you sanitize your kitchen without harsh chemicals.  I've read lots of conflicting information about vinegar and baking soda and how much they really get rid of spilt chicken/ meat bacteria.  Also, I'm open to new products and methods.  Tell me how you do it, means and method. »MORE

Finish the kitch - Countertop Q

We began remodling our kitchen with new tile floors, Ikea cabinets and a seamed Ikea countertop.  A year or two has passed, bringing baby and other projects.  But we're ready to return now and finish the job.  Our countertop isn't working for us.  We need a seamless alternative and not on the hugest budget.  If we don't want granite prices but want something smooth and modern, where do we go? »MORE

Hi Jasmine --

My husband and I are thinking about moving and buying in the philadelphia area.  We are thinking Montgomery county would be best, but would love to get an opinion from a local like yourself.  We are both 36 from NYC area and plan on having a few children very soon, so we are looking for a neighborhood that is fairly young and on the upswing, that is about 30 min commute to Philly.

What county do you live in?  From the looks of your home (very nice), it looks like you dont live in Philadelphia proper...congrats on the new addition to your family!

Hey Jasimar, one of my nieces just bought a Fendi bag for 600 dollars. I'm not sure where she got the money--probably accumulated all her Chirstmas, Chanukah, and birthday cash. I told her mother, "That's almost as much as a dishwasher costs!" How Curbly of a response was that?!

Hi there...:0) thank you for the comment on my baby! he's a bundle..so, i checked out your pictures and noticed you are also remodeling your kitchen...I TRULY LOVED THE BLACK APPLIANCE are those keepers? I hope so...it looks good..and trendy!
