What color should I paint my bedroom?

I hate my bedroom and don't know what color to paint it. Any ideas?

Behr and Benjamin Moore have nice color viewers. Dig something mellow if you want more sleep and spicy if you want more.. spice. Blues lower blood pressure, green eases tension and fears. Yellow makes you more active and reds/oranges make you hungry. Whatever you want to do there, paint it in that family. Ooh and consider the light you get there too. I did blue but it's like Neon in Eastern morning light.
