DIY Photo Wall Update

By erinloechner

It's been awhile since I've checked out this tutorial (which is fabulous, by the way), and in doing so, I'm immediately reminded of Flickr member SimplyPhoto and her excellent photo wall.

Want a wall similar to hers? No problem.

WHAT YOU NEED
Binder clips, paperclips, mini-clothespins... the gamut. You can find these at any local craft or office supply store.
Fishing wire, which you can find at any local sporting goods store.
Two pushpins for each row of photos you wish to create.

WHAT YOU DO
It's simple as pie. Wrap your fishing wire around one push pin and tie securely. Take the remaining fishing wire and reach across to the other end of the wall; tie fishing wire to push pin and wala--- a string is born.

Next, simply place your photos on the line carefully using your various ciips. I like this look on a vibrant wall color as shown, but it works anywhere and is perfect for renters!

Have fun!
